Suggested Attire: Roaring 20's!

Only $60 per person (not including tax or gratuity)

5 Course menu including wine pairings with Robert Biale Vineyards

The vineyard sold wine throughout the prohibition by using "code words"

1st Course

The Speakeasy Hour with classic cocktails of the roaring 20s and passed hors d'oeurves suitable to the times

2nd Course (Biale Black Chicken Zinfandel)

Cabbage rolled and stuffed with spiced beef and rice with warmed mozzarella and tomato coulis

3rd Course (Biale Pollo Bianco Sauvignon Blanc)

Grilled Herbed Halibut with white cheddar mashed potatoes, asparagus tips au gratin and garlic butter

4th Course (Biale Party Line Zinfandel)

Arugula salad with roasted red peppers and black pepper balsamic vinaigrette

5th Course (Various ports poured)
