Smoking Policy

The Green Park Inn is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is only permitted outside. Smoking in hotel rooms is strictly prohibited and may result in an additional smoking fee of up to $200.

Pet Policy

Pet friendly means that we offer a limited number of pet accommodating rooms, and no more than 3 pet guests are permitted at any one time. Dogs must be less than 40 pounds, and we apologize that we cannot permit breeds or mixes of Pitt-Bull, Rottweiler or other breeds generally considered to be unpredictable. Pet fee is $25 per night, and we request a damage deposit of $100 which is fully refundable if no pet damage has occurred. Pets must be leashed at all times, are not permitted to loiter in the public areas of the hotel, and must be picked up after (scooper bags available at front desk!). Please note that unruly or ill-behaved pets or pets that engage in excessive barking may result in they and their owner's being asked to leave the hotel, with no refund made for the day of removal. In addition, pets must be walked in the designated pet area, along Green Hill Road in the upper parking lot.

About Little Persons

Children are more than welcome at the Green Park however, must be attended by a parent or adult guardian at all times, and are expected to be well behaved so as not to disrupt the relaxation and enjoyment of our other guests. Excessively loud, unruly, or mischievous children will be asked to be removed to their room by their parent or guardian.

Cancellation Policies

24 hour cancellation notice required on non-package and non-special weekday, low season reservations. If cancelled within 24 hours, you will be given a credit toward a future stay (on a space available basis, and to be used within one year).

48-hours cancellation required for all low season packages, specials, and special event dates, holidays, and weekends. Cancellations within 48-hours will be given a room credit for the accommodation portion of your package or special toward a future stay (on a space available basis - to be used within one year) less a 15% service charge. The Hotel is not responsible for ski conditions and no refunds will be made for less than stellar snow conditions for Ski and Stay packages.

48-hours cancellation required for all high season reservations or two night penalty applies.

No shows during our high season will be charged in full, with an additional 15% service charge, and no credit toward a future stay.

Group Cancellation Policy

No deposit required, however, blocked rooms must be paid for in full, 30 days prior to the arrival date or all blocked rooms will be canceled. 10 or more guaranteed rooms (guaranteed in full by credit card 31 days prior to the arrival date) will receive a 10% room rate discount. If the blocked rooms are canceled 30 days or before their arrival date, there will be no charge. If the cancellation is within 30 days, the following fees apply: within 3 weeks: 25% charge, within 2 weeks: 50% charge, within 1 week: 75% charge, and within 48 hours: 100% charge.

Check-in time is 4:00pm, check-out is 11:00am.
